Sally is the Meetings Planner for JMP&A and Miller/Wenhold. She coordinates all aspects of four conferences each year, including site selection, budgeting, program development, sponsorships, transportation, registration, marketing, on-site management, and coordination with hotel staff, destination management companies, and outside service contractors.  Sally’s accomplishments at JMP&A has been to increase both the attendance and profitability of conferences, expanding conference programs and adding new activities, initiating a corporate sponsorship program, and implementing a web-based conference registration system.  

Sally is a native of Tennessee and has lived in the Northern Virginia area for over 30 years.  She worked for two different members of Congress, one a Republican and one a Democrat, on Capitol Hill, for six years. Prior to her Congressional experience, Sally worked for the Council of State Planning Agencies, an affiliate of the National Governor’s Association, where her administrative responsibilities included conference planning and coordination. She studied business administration at East Tennessee State University.
